MarketStar is currently looking for 40 energetic, outstanding
Direct Sales Representatives to work in the Ogden
office representing a leading internet company in the
SMB space. The Direct Sales Representatives (ISR4)
will be responsible for generating leads and closing direct sales
opportunities in the SMB space.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must have high energy and make high dials
- Have effective business level conversations in order to generate leads
and close a sufficient number of deals for the client
- Log and track all activities in the assigned sales tool
- Meet frequently with your manager to discuss progress and performance
- Submit weekly reports of activities and competitive data for your
clients
- Act as a leader and mentor on the team; assist with coaching teammates
- Willingness to work for high commission, and eventually participate in
an at-risk pay situation
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-year college degree and/or equivalent, 4-year degree strongly
preferred
- 3+ years of B2B Telesales or 5+ years in other type of Telesales
- Demonstrated/proven track record of success

- Advanced knowledge of market segment and product solutions
- Excellent sales and presentation skills
- Previous account management experience needed
